The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a review of the annual business of the Chamber of Commerce and elect the Board of Directors for 2013 A nomination committee comprised of the current President, Past President, Vice-President and Treasurer will present a proposed slate of Directors, as well as a call for nominations from the floor.
Proposed Bylaw Change
The Board of Directors is proposing the following addition to the Trent Hills and District Chamber of Commerce Bylaws:
1-18(a)“Employee(s) of members in good standing are non-voting associate members and may be allowed to participate in some chamber programs and services.”
